Can we add a separate politics board either on its own or within news/opinions?

I'm not too clear on the benefit of separating the two topics into separate boards... could you walk us through your thinking a bit? We're open to trying out a Politics board, especially if it solves a particular problem that you're having!

I find the news articles regarding general stuff interesting. With the upcoming election, I'm finding all the politics stuff a little much. I am inclined to say I'm not the only person who feels this way. I think it's similar to needing a vaccine board - politics (and vaccines) are a polarizing subject often -- as the election gets closer, I think there will be more and more posts about politics. It's hard when you've come here for parenting advice and suddenly feel like a lot of posts are turning into political debates.
