This would let you Hide threads from specific Bees (kind of similar to how you can hide someone's updates on Facebook). That way, if you would rather not interact with a particular Bee... you don't have to.
Up for debate is whether or not it would also hide that person's posts within threads written by other people...

Personally wouldn't use this. I just skip over threads from people I am not interested in seeing things from!
I think we are adults and should be capable of doing this, just how we do in real life!

If I've learned anything from the web over the years, it's that a lot of people have limited self-control. I include myself in that category... it took me a few months to stop visiting Reddit, after I told myself I should just stop going there.

While I don't foresee myself using the hide feature, I can see how it would be useful. I don't know that I would have it hide comments within other peoples' threads because it might cause some context issues when reading replies.

I think it'd promote the harmony on the site! If you know there's a user you just don't see eye to eye with, to just hide them (and hide yourself from them!) seems like it'd keep the peace pretty effectively! I kinda get the feeling that some people are just looking for a fight and I agree that we're adults and should just ignore, but to hide them would be even better!
