It would be great to have a way to filter some of the Pregnancy threads by 1st/2nd/3rd trimester issues. It seems like a lot of the pregnancy, pregnancy symptoms, and check ups could be filtered some. Most of the topics seem to be specific to a specific trimester anyways.

I understand you probably would want to still keep just a general pregnancy and general symptoms. Maybe there would be a way to keep all of those threads in those general boards but sort by a flag or tag?
