This is a suggestion to create a NBR (not baby related) section of HelloBee or to clean up the Beyond Baby section.
I would just like to come and sort through posts that are related to having/raising a child. Please sort all the other posts into another section (What do you order at Taco Bell, Whats the last book you read, etc). It just seems really messy and there seems to be no easy way to filter.

You should be able to use the filter on the left side of the site so that you can see posts only related to specific categories:

It kinda addresses my issue. I know I am probably being too much of a pain, but I come to this site to connect with other moms on parenting issues. I am reading on my phone and dont want to scroll through pages of posts to find posts relevant to what I'm looking for.
For example, I like to read about diapering, gear, and parties, but when I open the general tab, I am shown all kinds of posts such as memorizing phone numbers, brushing my teeth, my favorite book, etc. Its not relevant to being pregnant, having a baby, or parenting.
Its just frustrating and I can see how HelloBee may loose members if its not cleaned up because I know I'm not frequenting here as much as I would want to because I get frustrated.
I would suggest having a filter like on WB, where all baby/family/kid/pregnancy related stuff can go, and then an entirely separate section for the NBR stuff can go.

TTC/Babies/Parenting is a bit of a trickier category than weddings, in that we can't just put most boards under "Baby Related" (since there are separate phases to babies: TTC, Pregnancy, Childbirth, and Parenting).
That said, we're going to reorganize the board categories a bit to simplify the number of categories we have! Then we'll be in a position where we can consider more filters. More on that later.

As part of that effort, we moved the Playspace board under NBR. Hopefully that should address your concern about NBR posts appearing under General.
