Are you able to create a button or something that will send you down the page to the most recent reply quickly instead of scrolling down? Or perhaps this is difficult if the thread is really long and on multiple pages.

@Andrea - Try clicking on the yellow conversation bubble next to any of the threads here!
Clicking on the yellow bubble (or the timestamp in the right side column) will send you to the latest reply now.
Try it out and let us know if that works for you!
Also, please let us know if you can think of a place to put a similar icon on the threads page itself...

Works well! It is not obvious, though. Will new users know to click on the yellow bubble or time stamp?
Within the thread itself, perhaps you can put the same yellow bubble next to the title of the thread to keep things consistent? Maybe a yellow bubble with a down arrow?

Oh I forgot: when you're in a post, you can click on the number of comments (in the light blue strip) to jump down to the bottom.
