For example, it would be great if I could subscribe to all 'infertility' blog tags. Would love to see when there is a new IF related post. The alternative would be subscribing to certain bloggers but I really like IF blog posts.
Also, subscribing to 'contests' blog tags would be great, too.

Or maybe, similar to the classified suggestion, being able to subscribe to a board? Like subscribe to the whole IF boards so whenever there's a new post, you get notified?

@bluestriped bee: We won't be supporting email subscriptions of posts (or tags) directly for a long while if at all, but in the meantime you should be able to set it up yourself! Every tag page should have an RSS feed... you can access the Infertility RSS feed here:
http://www.hellobee.com/tag/infertility/feed
You can then access the feed directly through an RSS reader, or use a service like Blog Trottr to generate an email subscription:
https://blogtrottr.com/
