A quote button to quote a comments (ex. you want to reply to a specific comment from earlier pages of a thread.)

Similar to a "reply" button except it grabs the whole comment so you know exactly which comment the person is quoting...

I'm not really sure how to explain it any better. I've used it in other forums and it just helps with the organization of the threads.
