@oliviabolivia: started the May due date thread and I think it's genius for her to do so without being a part of the group (hosting!). This might be something to consider going forward with the Hostesses. It takes some of the pressure off the members to start it up in those early days when we all know the risk of miscarriage is so high. There have been so many of these threads started recently that the OP ended up with a miscarriage - what a horrible constant reminder

Would there be just one thread a month... each one for the newest due date twin board?

@mrbee: I've noticed that a lot of first time users start in the due date threads so it might also be a nice way to get new members to interact with more established bees in a more intimate place than the board as a whole. Having hostesses around would be amazing.
I imagine it would just be the initial welcome thread. There's usually one main thread and then a few sub-topics that pop up further into pregnancy.

Great ideas! We just created a new user called Due Date, and will have that user post a thread a week before the start of every new month.
We'll also ask our hostesses to keep an eye out for new due date threads...
