Similar to how you can open to the end of the thread by clicking on the comment bubble, I'd like to have the option of opening directly to OP's last update.

If it needs to be a separate icon, I'm not sure what it should look like, maybe a star or the letters OP? (I'm picturing it smaller than the comment bubble, but next to it...?
